Most people identify their core values… and then nothing changes.

The list goes in a drawer. They feel inspired for a day or two. Same life.

Here's the system I learned in my John Maxwell certification for actually GROWING your values — one value a month:

1️⃣ Work ONE value for 30 days. Twelve values, twelve months, one full year of intentional growth.
2️⃣ Start with your STRONGEST value — get a win out of the gate.
3️⃣ Then alternate: strongest, weakest, 2nd strongest, 2nd weakest… The strong months refuel you, the weak months stretch you, so you don't burn out by spring.
4️⃣ Make each one a real behavior: define it, score yourself 1–10, pick ONE move, put it on your calendar.

Because you don't rise to your goals. You fall to your values.

I let AI run a real renovation project - and the materials were loaded in my truck before I even showed up.

I needed small gutters above the entry doors at one of my apartment buildings. Instead of wandering the aisles at Lowe's and hoping my contractor read my mind, I handed the whole thing to AI.

What came back:

A complete Lowe's shopping list with exact quantities - my rep pulled the order before I arrived and loaded it in my truck.
An installation spec with labeled diagrams - my contractor built it right, whether or not I made it out there in person.

The lesson: AI didn't replace me. It removed the friction between my idea and the people who had to execute it. The vendor knew exactly what to pull. The contractor knew exactly what to build. Nothing got lost in translation.

That's the kind of practical, real-world AI we dig into at The Entrepreneurs' Round Table.
