That is when DEON & Company Realty & Property Management was established. We identified a need for a Real Estate Company that focused exclusively on the rental market. Taking one area of expertise to provide property management servic

es to owners in a distressed situation. We quickly grew our portfolio of premium homes. In 2011, with the rental market continuing to boom we recognized that real estate agents were attempting to provide property management services without the knowledge to their clients who couldn’t sell in an attempt to generate some sort of revenue. After much research, we realized the frustration coming from both the agent and the owners due to the lack of available training in the property management space. That is when The Property Management Shoppe was established. With over 20 years of combined property management and training experience we positioned our company to provide the best property management training, products, and ongoing mentoring. Our Philosophy

Here's a great recipe to try!

PEANUT BUTTER "BUCKEYE" PRETZEL BITES

1 cup creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbs softened butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
minature pretzels
1 bag of chocolate chips or Merkins Choc. wafers

Line a baking sheet with wax paper and set aside. In mixing bowl, beat peanut butter and butter until combined. Add sugars and mix well. You should be able to roll mixture into small balls without sticking to your hands. If needed, add more powdered sugar until it is easy to roll. Take each ball and sandwich between two pretzels. Place on wax paper. When done, stick in the freezer for a few minutes. Melt the chocolate (I used Merkins Choc. wafers - easier to work with). Dip each pretzel bite halfway into the chocolate and place on wax paper to set.
