In 2011, with the rental market continuing to boom we recognized that real estate agents were attempting to provide property management services without the knowledge to their clients who couldn’t sell in an attempt to generate some sort of revenue. After much research, we realized the frustration coming from both the agent and the owners due to the lack of available training in the property management space. That is when The Property Management Shoppe was established.
