📌Community Awareness & Safety Tips

* Report suspicious activity immediately to local law enforcement or non-emergency services when appropriate.

* Stay aware of your surroundings, especially during early morning or late evening hours.

* Lock vehicles, homes, garages, and remove valuables from plain sight.

* Keep exterior lights on at night and consider motion-sensor lighting.

* Use home security cameras and share relevant footage with authorities when needed.

* Get to know your neighbors and communicate concerns with one another.

* Watch for unfamiliar vehicles repeatedly driving through the neighborhood.

* Slow down while driving through the neighborhood and watch for pedestrians and children.

* If you see something concerning, trust your instincts and say something.

Wright Property Management will be accepting Annual Dues payments at the meeting tonight (checks or money orders only made out to Stonecrest HOA).

Portal Registration Instructions are being sent via email today to those showing as NOT registered. The community portal is where all community business will be housed, option to set up auto payments, future financial statements, etc.

🚨Homeowner Lot Additions: Architectural Review Committee (ARC) Approval Required🚨

Per the CC&Rs and Bylaws, the purpose of the ARC is to preserve and enhance property values, maintain community standards, and ensure that all exterior improvements and modifications comply with the governing documents and adopted architectural guidelines.

The ARC has been established for our community and approval is required prior to commencement of ANY exterior modifications, including but not limited to:

🚨Exterior paint color changes
🚨Roofing replacement to include material changes outside of original builder approval
🚨Pools, patios, deck additions
🚨Room additions or structural changes
🚨Driveways or walkways extensions

Dear Stonecrest Community,

What an incredible moment for our community!

We are excited to officially announce the results of our recent HOA election and celebrate the power of homeowner engagement. Thank you to every resident who voted, attended the annual meeting, submitted proxies, encouraged neighbors, and stayed involved throughout this process. Your voice mattered and you showed up!

All elected Board of Directors met shortly after the election and after careful review of our governing documents, the Board has voted to honor the original bylaw requirement and return to a three (3) member Board of Directors, as initially established for our Association. This decision reflects our commitment to operating in full alignment with our bylaws and maintaining proper governance standards as we work to restore stability and trust within Stonecrest.

🗳️ Your newly elected/appointed HOA Board Directors are as follows:

🌟 Trina Miller, President
🌟 Harold Garner, Vice President
🌟 Jacquelyn Darby Johnson, Secretary/Treasurer

🗳️ Status of other elected Board of Directors:

🌟 Dion Bowman- to honor the three (3) directors’ requirements per the Bylaws, Dion agreed to resign

🌟 Sam Watson- to honor the three (3) directors’ requirements per the Bylaws Sam agreed to resign. Jacquelyn Darby Johnson was named Sam’s successor as the Secretary/Treasurer.

This election marks a new chapter for our community. The newly elected Board of Directors is honored to serve and committed to leading with transparency, accountability, and unity. Together, we have demonstrated what is possible when neighbors come together with a shared vision for positive progress.

We are proud of the momentum, the collaboration, and the community spirit that made this possible. The new Board of Directors will be meeting soon to organize and begin planning next steps, and we look forward to sharing updates, goals, and initiatives during our
📅 HOA Community Meeting on Saturday, March 28th at 12:00noon at the Clubhouse (zoom and/or meeting recording will be an option, more details coming soon).
