Edina Realty/ Jolene Ervin

Edina Realty/ Jolene Ervin Real Estate. Rentals, investment properties, lake shore, land I started in Real Estate in 1999. It was something I had always wanted to do.

My Mother was a Lender for the Rural Development for 42 years. My uncle and my father were builders. My cousins are underwriters and processors and mortgage brokers. I think it runs in the family. But what I love the most is finding the right home for the right person. I love the emotions that are shown when you find the right place. I also understand the whole process that goes with the sale of Real Estate whether it be the lending side or the closing side. I owned a Mortgage Company for 5 years which I learned a great deal but what I learned the most is that I love houses. Give me a call or a text or e mail anytime and together we will find you the right home or investment property or lake home.

Best part of my job? Well, I just got a call. She said, 'Is this Jolene?' I said yes. She said, 'You probably don’t remember me, but you sold us our house outside of Willmar over 22 years ago.' She said, 'I am glad you are still a Realtor because I want to work with you.' In the last year, this will be my fifth past client that I worked with over 20 years ago who has called me again. Let me tell you how that makes me feel... so incredibly grateful and humbled. June 2026 will be 27 years in this crazy business. Yes, I am good at my job. ☺️ To all my past clients and future ones, from the bottom of my heart I thank you. For the ones that turned to friends, I appreciate you. For the ones that haven’t forgotten me in a business that thrives off being seen, you truly, truly humble me, but also make me feel special. So thank you.

What a few couple days. You think everything is going smooth and then boom!! Chaos. Then it’s fixing, putting out fires, understanding feelings, yours and theirs. But things always turn out ok. One way or another.
