The Olmsted Township Board of Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 7:00pm at the Community Room, 7900 Fitch Rd, Olmsted Twp.
Application No. ZC26-000001 – Submitted by Joseph Callahan, owner of property located at 9065 Sweet Gum Trail (PPN 265-16-117). The applicant is requesting approval of a minor modification to the approved General Development Plan and Detailed Development Plan for the Schady Reserve Subdivision No 3 plat, recorded with the Cuyahoga County Recorder's Office document number 201803160223, to permit a reduction of the required side building setback from the right-of-way along the corner lot frontage from 30 feet to 20 feet on Site Lot 43 in the Schady Reserve Subdivision, also known as 9065 Sweet Gum Trail (PPN 265-16-117).
Copies of these applications are available for review at the Olmsted Township Building Department, 7900 Fitch Road., during normal business hours 8 am-3 pm. The opportunity to be heard will be afforded to any person attending the public hearing. If you cannot attend but would like to submit a letter to be read on your behalf, please have a letter present no later than 24 hours before scheduled meeting.
