Today is a great day! I wanted to share some information with you all. Have you ever bought a newly built home? Did you know that you should hire a private home inspector to inspect the home? You say, "why, it's a new home. The builder built it for me!" Well, the builder may (or may not) have built it to spec. It's important that you have at least two inspections before you sign off on the dotted line...a pre-drywall inspection and a final inspection before you settle. These inspections have saved my clients so much heartache, regrets and money! Contact me for more details.
