Story time!! Tiff and I were shopping a couple of years ago, and were even under contract once in 2024. But then things changed. At the time it was a bummer, but we didn't know then, that the Universe had bigger and better plans than the condo she almost bought.

Brian has referred me to people needing to sell, and has always put my name out there when I wasn't around and for that I am truly grateful. That, to me, is everything in my line of work.

Fast forward- Brian Sparhawk and Tiffany McCoy got engaged and decided to go on the home ownership adventure together!! And I am over the moon excited that I got to be the one to do this with them. Both of these wonderful people have been my friends for many years, through many seasons, and I am so grateful I get to be a part of their origin story❤️🏡 Can't wait to party in your sweet ass back yard this summer!! I love you two endelessly❤️🏡

Story time! This one is special because I know how many people will and are affected by this move. Enter, Pauly. One of the most authentic women I have ever met. She is unapologetically herself, which is a trait I have always been drawn to. This was her house. This house was home to others in recovery along the way, too. Pauly Harris is my predecessor, and someone I look up to on my own journey of recovery. I always knew *of* her. We have many mutual friends.. probably hundreds of them!! I did not get the chance to connect with her on an intimate level until she decided she needed to downsize her super sweet 4 bedroom house on half an acre in Tacoma. Thanks to the friends who put my name out there when she was in need, we got connected at last!! Now let me tell you, this woman gets s**t done! She has a massive network that did not disappoint, and has no boundaries. (We are the same in that way!!) She worked hard to prep her house for market, and after 4 days of intense showing activity, she accepted an offer. We had some hurdles during the inspection, but we worked well as a team to problem solve and create a win-win solution. And a few days ago, we closed. This beautiful woman gets to retire with the equity she earned through her ownership of this property, and is now set to go off into the sunset and live her best life!! I can't wait to see where you travel to and what you get to do with your retirement and your recovery next! I adore you and I hope to be just like you when I grow up. Thank you for trusting me to help you on this adventure❤️🏡
