Happy New Year! ✨
2025 marked 3 years as a Washington Realtor, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the continued support! If you’re in this industry, you know this year wasn’t easy. Truthfully, it was the most challenging year I’ve had so far, but I’m grateful for the growth and that I still have so much passion and love for this career!
✨ 2025 Highlights ✨
— I had a full circle moment helping a client sell the very first home I helped them buy two years ago as first-time buyers. It was bittersweet, such an honor to work with repeat clients, and a great experience representing sellers who were living out of state.
— We adopted our kitten, Josie! She has brought so much energy into our little home, and Gracie (our formerly only child cat) is very slowly but surely warming up to her new little sister. 🐱
— I had the opportunity to list a 132-year-old historic home in Cosmopolis and was able to get it pending well under the average days on market for that area. We were so excited! This was another out of state seller, and the transaction couldn’t have gone smoother!
— We started wedding planning!!! After a long engagement, we finally set a date and are getting the ball rolling! I’m going to be a wife in 2026 🥹💍
— The land listings rolled in this year! Right now I have a 5 acre property listed in Morton (link in bio to check it out), a 15 acre property coming soon in Centralia, and another parcel hitting the market in Belfair in the new year.
This year was a lot of trial and error. Figuring out what works, what doesn’t, and spending more time in the parts of my business that genuinely bring me joy. I’ve learned that there isn’t a blueprint for success in real estate (no matter what they say) and that everyone does this thing differently, which is honestly the beauty of it. This business has truly changed my life, and I’m forever grateful to call it my career!
