I am proud to have recently helped a client navigate both selling and purchasing her new home via a contingent offer. This takes some coordination and strategy, but with the right plan it can go smoothly!

It has been a great honor helping my clients sell their custom built family homestead that they have called home for over 2 decades. This was a very big undertaking but my clients are amazing and they put just as much heart into getting this property ready as they had while owning it for all of those years. I look forward to staying in touch with them as they continue their journey out of state. We were able to negotiate great selling terms and now they can officially retire! They deserve it!

I've been a bit quiet on here this year but that doesn't mean business hasn't continued as usual! Ended off the year with a closing in the final week of 2024 and then these three properties all just recently closed in the same week! All very different situations and I love the process of figuring out how I can best support my clients. Water St was on the market with another agent and had multiple failed transactions and couldn't close for over a year. It was managed by the Personal Representative (PR) of the estate and involved working with the family and PR. This can always be a bit tricky to balance communication with both parties, but we got it under contract after less than a week on market with multiple offers. Old Hwy 99 was a great multifamily deal my repeat client secured and it appraised well over purchase price. Sholes Dr was a bit of a process, as we stuck to our guns and negotiated hard, but ended up being an awesome experience working with a past friend from high school and his fiancé. Onward and upward!!
