Intel I wish someone would have told me sooner:

The house that’s been sitting on the market for 90+ days might actually be the best deal available. 👀

Most buyers scroll right past these homes assuming something must be wrong with them.

But sometimes?

🏡 The photos were terrible.
🏡 It was overpriced when it first hit the market.
🏡 The seller wasn’t ready to negotiate… until now.

While everyone else is fighting over the newest listing, savvy buyers are finding opportunities where nobody else is looking.

I’ve seen buyers save tens of thousands of dollars simply because they were willing to consider a home others ignored.

Had the time of our lives in Disneyland this week. It was a great reset for our family and a chance to all connect together.

Real estate didn’t stop but that’s what happens when you go on vacation right? Everyone decides they’re ready to get moving! We have some great listings coming up, a closing for some buyers, and some new buyers who found us on Google!

Excited to share with you all the second half of the year and hope you’re able to take the trips you wana take and do the things you’re meant to do 🫶🏻

True story last night I had a dream that my best friend and I were brought on a listing together to compete against one another. And when I tell you it was the absolute worst house you can think of, x100 lol. Her and I look at each other and we were like “challenge accepted”. 😂

Having a unique house doesn’t mean it won’t be able to sell, it’s up to the realtor to be creative. You want an agent who is going to want to take on those challenging projects, that’s what makes this career so fun to be in. We are in it for our clients and will tackle any property with a new strategy & an open mind. Even if it’s against our best friends ;)
