Just closed on our newest rehab project. Great Location near Olympia High School and Washington Middle School - so exciting to get started. Only 5 minutes from my house. Harvest gold refrigerator probably came with the house when it was new in 1970.

This was our first flip house back in 2005. Most people in the neighborhood thought it should be torn down. 1926 Craftsman - boy did we learn a lot on this project. Maybe the biggest lesson is one we still struggle with - get a plan and stick to it. Sometimes our creativeness takes over - cost time.
