Do you know about Cedarbrook Lodge in SeaTac? It has long been our go to hotel for early morning flights. They have nice parking and shuttle service and cozy rooms, beautiful grounds.

We found a new way to enjoy the property. Waiting for someone to arrive at the airport? Only five minutes from arrivals, this is the perfect spot for a cocktail on the deck overlooking the koi pond while you wait!

I’m working with a lot of buyer clients right now. As such, I have new appreciation for staged homes. Deciding whether or not to professionally stage one of my listings depends upon several variables. In the case of this vintage Olympia home, the staging is just the kiss she needed to really sparkle. Thanks for this one!

Statistics are that staged homes sell more quickly and for higher prices.
