The worst real estate advice in Olympia sounds right… until it ends up costing you money.

I hear the same myths all the time. From conversations with clients, messages online, and advice that gets passed around without anyone stopping to ask if it still applies today.

Things like:
“Wait until rates drop.”
“You need 20% down.”
“Buy the biggest house you can afford.”
“Offer low and see what happens.”

Some of these sound harmless. Some end up costing people time, opportunities, or way more money than they expected.

My goal has never been to sell you on a move. It’s to help you make a smart one.

I’d rather give you the honest answer now than watch you learn the expensive way later.
