✨ Realtor Spotlight: Jay Hultberg | Virgil Adams Real Estate ✨
Today I’m honored to highlight Jay Hultberg, someone who truly brings heart, humility, and a people-first mindset into everything he does. Jay is one of those agents who naturally connects with everyone he meets — borrowers instantly feel comfortable around him because there’s never any pressure, just genuine care and guidance. That’s a rare quality in this industry, and it makes such a difference.
Jay’s story is just as impressive as the way he serves his clients. Born and raised in Centralia, WA, he spent 36 years in education — including 35 years as a history teacher and 26 years as a head baseball coach at North Mason High School. His dedication to mentorship and leadership even earned him induction into the Washington State Baseball Coaches Hall of Fame in 2018. That same patience, communication, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life now carries over into his real estate career.
Since starting real estate after retiring from teaching in 2017, Jay has continued to focus on what matters most — building relationships, staying detail-oriented, and creating a smooth, stress-free experience for every client he serves. Whether buying or selling, his goal is simple: make the process as seamless and comfortable as possible.
As a lending partner, Jay is an absolute joy to work with. He consistently goes above and beyond for his clients — including families I’ve personally referred to him — and I always know they’re in great hands. His calm, thoughtful approach makes every transaction better, and I’m incredibly grateful for the partnership we’ve built.
If you’re looking for a Realtor in Western Washington who truly cares, takes the pressure off, and puts your experience first, Jay is your guy. And if you’re ready to start the homebuying or selling journey, we’d love to be your team every step of the way.
