Today is a great day! My wonderful client moved here last year with her child and was referred to me by some past clients. We did a buyers consult and started looking at homes. We went under contract then ran into some issues with unforeseen debt that would be resolved once her divorce was final. Unfortunately , we had to back out of that home. Then we waited for the divorce to be final. Then waited for funds from the settlement. Now, today after all that waiting the closed on a home that is perfect for them! I love giving keys 🔑 especially when we worked so hard for MONTHS to make it happen!
