"My clients had been looking for a lakefront home for over 4 years. The home we found had multiple offers and they came out on top. A Big plus for them is that the home is in a community where the waterfront is a private community park, so taxes are less, but you still get the use of a private lake! I am very happy for them. Now to sell their current home."
