☐ Inspect fascia and trim for deterioration
☐ Have a professional HVAC technician inspect your system
☐ Check your water heater for leaks, damage, or other issues
☐ Replace any extension cords that are worn or damaged
☐ Check fire extinguishers and replace them if needed
☐ Look for signs of water leaks around your home
