I'm a Thurston County native and I love the South Puget Sound area. For the past 20+ years, I have been a full-time real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Evergreen Olympic Realty in Olympia. I've had my share of success over the years, including earning the Coldwell Banker President's Circle Award for the past 8 years or so, but my greatest reward is building relationships with my clients.
When you are helping someone buy or sell a home, you are part of their life for a critical moment in time. It's important, and it's quite often stressful. I do my best to apply my experience and skills to helping my clients meet and exceed their goals. My goal is to serve your needs from the beginning of our relationship to the close of your home, and beyond. I never want you to feel you were left alone in the process. I work with both sellers and buyers, and in all price ranges. As a native of the area, I feel I offer a unique perspective, having experienced the changes in the area over the years. I attended local schools and served on PTA's and committees at my children's schools. I played Little League, and coached Little League too! I continue to play basketball, although apparently my skills are dimishing rapidly. I have snow skied and water skied, travelled throughout the state and region, walked dogs at countless locations, and eaten at way too many restaurants. An important part of my business is assisting military clients, whether they are moving to the area, or getting ready to sell and move away. The military life can be challenging for everyone, especially the family, and I strive to make the move a little less stressful. I have greatly enjoyed the past 20 years working in real estate, primarily because of the wonderful relationships I have made during that time. To be able to get to know my clients while they go through the buying and selling process has been an amazing experience. It's that experience that makes me excited to go to work everyday.
