Saturday morning and we’ve already lived three lifetimes. ☀️🏡🎣

Up since 6. Chores done. Breakfast grabbed on the way back from Lowe’s (Burger King, don’t judge 😅). And right now? My son and I are putting up siding, the game’s on in the background, and there’s a fishing pole within arm’s reach because the fish are biting.

This is the life. Not someday — TODAY.

People ask how I do real estate seven days a week. Here’s the secret: it doesn’t feel like work when you love it. I’m sending offers at 9 PM. Answering calls when most agents have clocked out. Knocking out listing appointments between projects on the lake. Ask your agent if they’re working that hard for you. I don’t think so. 😉

But the real win isn’t the hustle — it’s THIS. Building something with my boy, lake in front of us, fish to chase, and a business I’m proud of. Work hard, live well, and don’t wait for the vacation to start enjoying your life.

🐾❤️ Nothing better than watching new friendships form!

Our German Shorthaired Pointer, Maggie, has officially welcomed the newest member of the family—our little Yorkshire Terrier puppy, Quinny! Watching these two play together has been absolutely adorable.

Meanwhile, if you look closely in the background, our cat is clearly questioning every life decision that led to this moment… 😂🐱

One thing I love about Washington State is that it’s such a great place for families, pets, and outdoor adventures. Whether you’re raising kids, dogs, cats, or all of the above, there’s a reason so many people choose to call the Pacific Northwest home.
