DOG PEOPLE WILL UNDERSTAND THIS PANIC. 😂🐾

I was looking EVERYWHERE for this little dog.

Backyard? Checked.
Patio? Checked.
Around the house? Checked.
Calling her name over and over? Yep. 😂

At some point I’m thinking… Did she get outside?! Did somebody leave a door open?! WHERE IS THE DOG?!

Meanwhile…

This tiny Yorkshire Terrier was peacefully buried in the couch pillows taking the greatest nap of her life. 😂😂

Not a single concern.

Apparently when you weigh about as much as a throw pillow, camouflage is pretty easy.

And then you find her little face tucked in there and suddenly you can’t even be mad. ❤️

She’s such a ridiculously awesome little dog. She absolutely loves her mom, Brandy, and misses her while she’s at school teaching during the day. I keep thinking Brandy should just take her to school… but let’s be serious — put this little Yorkie in a classroom full of kids and absolutely ZERO schoolwork is getting done. 😂🐶

There is just something about dogs.

They make the house feel different. They make you laugh. They make you worry. They follow you around. They steal your spot. They somehow take up half the bed while weighing 6 pounds. And occasionally they scare the heck out of you because they’re sleeping three feet away and you can’t find them. 😂

Small dog. BIG personality. Even bigger piece of our hearts. ❤️

And I know there are a TON of dog people around Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, Seattle and all over Washington State. The Pacific Northwest really is an incredible place to have a dog — lakes, trails, forests, beaches, parks and endless places to explore.
