Huge congratulations 🎉 to my sellers on their SOLD home!! They loved this home for many years but decided it was time for a little more space, and room to build a pool in the backyard 🌊☀️ They braved the spring market to find their dream home, and we found them the most gorgeous home with an amazing pool-ready backyard! Once they were happily settled in their new home, we got to work selling this one. This home sold QUICKLY, not once, but TWICE when the first deal fell through.
