🎉 Under Contract! 🏡✨

We’re thrilled for our buyers who just went under contract on a great home — one that happened to be For Sale By Owner.

FSBO deals can work out, but they often come with extra challenges. In this case, the seller was open to working with us, which meant our clients had full support through negotiations, inspections, and contract details.

It’s a great reminder:
✅ Buyers should always have an advocate.
✅ Sellers take real risks going it alone.
✅ A good agent supports buyers on or off the MLS to find the right home.

Big win for our buyers — and a great example of why having a pro in your corner matters, no matter how the home is listed!
