They advise clients about market conditions, conduct walkthroughs, and provide guidance and assistance through the process of buying, selling, or leasing properties For the past 20 years, Chad’s entrepreneurial drive has led him to embark on various business ventures in cities such as Atlanta, Detroit, and Phoenix. But, as an Omaha native, his goal has been to provide the community with comparable

opportunities and activities as those available in larger cities. Chad’s company has sponsored several community events for inner city youth, as well as networking mixers for local business owners in the area. These functions were predicated on his belief that bringing together proprietors of different backgrounds and interests was the best way for the small business community to grow and thrive. As a result of participating in these mixers, he opened a couple of retail establishments while continuing his education in marketing. As the son of an engineer, Chad began to learn about real estate and has invested in homes requiring extensive rehabilitation. Over the past 10 years, he has familiarized himself with the difficulties that tend to arise acquiring real property. This being the case, his goal as a licensed realtor is to make the process of buying and selling your property as efficient and painless as possible. Through hard work, tenacity, and diligence, Chad has remained in service to his community and has developed strong ties with those who consider him trustworthy, dedicated, and always willing to help.
