I am the team lead and founder of the Blythe Real Estate Team. Eventually, I decided to get my license so I could sell and buy properties myself, as well as help others. It did not take long to see that helping others buy and sell their homes was much more rewarding. I specialize in helping clients sell their homes and loves the art of negotiation. I use negotiation skills, honed over 35+ years, to help sellers get more for their homes. I also loves helping clients ensure their transaction is as smooth as possible. At this stage of my life is where my grandchildren are one of his joys. “They are a great blessing.” I work a lot of hours to maintain the level of service for my clients, but when I'm not working I am usually at home with one of my grandchildren or on a date with my wife of 40+ years, Lesa. I'm originally from Baton Rouge, LA, and took a job in Omaha in 1983, and Omaha has been home ever since. Lesa and I volunteer our time to a variety of causes but spend most of our volunteer time is at our church, Faith Journey Church.
