You see this house right here? Windsor Blvd is the first of many to come, but the coolest part about it is that we bought it for $1500 out of our own pocket (all repairs) and will make us roughly $600 a month cash flow and hopefully more when we decide to sell. I know that all sounds crazy but this couldn’t have been done without learning the method from and nor without the funds from thank you all!! it pays off to know people like this!
