Type #1: "We just started looking yesterday."
You have a Pinterest board, a dream, and absolutely no idea what houses cost.

Type #2: "We've seen 47 homes."
At this point, every kitchen is blending together and you're starting to remember houses by their smell.

Type #3: "We have to move before school starts."
The pressure is on. The calendar is your enemy. Every house gets evaluated based on whether you can be unpacked before the first day of school.

6 YEARS?! Hold on while I grab the tissues. 🥹

The woman in this picture was raising an 8 month old during a global pandemic, with a strong support system (and extremely loving husband) encouraging her to take a leap into a career with no guaranteed income, no health insurance (LOL), and no idea what the future would hold.

Before getting licensed, I worked at a marketing agency where I helped 50+ Realtors and Loan Officers across the country with their marketing. I knew about real estate, but I didn't truly know what it took to be a Realtor.

I remember asking my clients how their weekends were, and they would always laugh. In this business, every day is a workday. Every day looks different. There are incredible weeks, and there are weeks that make you question everything.

But one thing has never changed: I absolutely love what I do.

Over the last six years, I've had the privilege of helping more than 80 families buy, sell, and invest in real estate. More than 80 times I've gotten to say "Congratulations." More than 80 times I've had a front row seat to one of the biggest moments in someone's life.

Alongside all of this, I've also been blessed with two more babies and the flexibility to be present for the moments that matter most. I get to be the room mom. I get to stay home when they're sick. I get to take them to the zoo on a random Thursday afternoon.

This career isn't always easy, but it has given me a life I'm incredibly grateful for.

To every client, friend, family member, referral partner, and supporter who has trusted me over the last six years, thank you! I wouldn't be here without you. ❤️

Team dynamics matter more than people realize. 🏡💛

Being part of a strong team does not just make my business better, it makes the entire client experience better. I get extra support, more ideas, sharper strategy, and people in my corner who care about my clients just as much as I do.

That means faster answers, stronger problem-solving, better communication, and a whole lot of behind-the-scenes teamwork making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Real estate can be a lot, but having the right people around me helps me show up better, work smarter, and serve my clients at an even higher level. And that is something I will never take for granted.

First things first, celebrate! That's a huge step. 🎉

But before you start picking out paint colors and planning where the couch is going, there are a few things to remember:

• Don't open new credit cards
• Don't finance a new car
• Don't make large purchases
• Do keep saving money
• Do start narrowing down your must-haves

Getting pre-approved is the starting line, not the finish line. Now the fun begins. House tours, dream homes, and finding the one that fits your life. 💛

And the best part? You don't have to figure it all out on your own. That's what I'm here for.
