With a background in custom home building, general construction, roofing, concrete and as an Inspector for the railroad with UT level 2 NDT(non destructive testing), I have an eye for detail. I am constantly continuing my education with current building methods and use the tools of today to help produce a thorough and understandable report.

During this buyer inspection we drained the bathtub… and water started leaking through the ceiling below.

What looked like a small plumbing issue actually spread nearly 8 feet by 4 feet once we checked it with thermal imaging.
