Within about an hour of closing last week I received photos of the renovations beginning. I can't wait to see what they do with the place!

Under contract in 48 hours!

I’m sure by now you’ve heard all of the news about the real estate market changing- let’s discuss what I’m seeing.

By being intentional in our search, I was able to get my recent VA buyers a new home under contract with inspections and a home sale contingency.

Later that week, we turned around and listed their current home. Within two days, we had their home under contract for above their asking price with multiple offers.

The market is constantly evolving- it’s important to have someone informed who you trust to help you walk through the process.

Just Leased!

I had the absolute pleasure of helping my friend Anna search for a new studio for her photography business. We started this search in August of 2021 looking from all the way out in Elkhorn to downtown Omaha.

I am so excited to say, we finally found the PERFECT spot located in a postcard Old Market building right across from the new park. I will never forget the look she gave me the first time we walked into the space- it was that moment that I knew our search was over!

Congratulations Anna, I cannot wait to see what you do in the new space!

Just Leased!

Be on the lookout for a new local boutique headed for Shadow Lake Towne Center.

We started this process with a goal of getting them a second location that would provide more room for their small business to grow in a location that would increase visibility and foot traffic. Often people speak to how fast the market is moving, but that’s not always the case in commercial real estate. I have to give a big shout out to these clients for staying patient with high spirits throughout the process. After some tough negotiations and a whole lot of emails, I can confidently say that we found this local business their dream space.

I cannot wait to watch how they make the space their own and continue to grow their business, maybe soon we’ll be looking for location number three!

I’ll leave the official announcement to them, and once they do, please stop by and give them some love!
