Pedro Ortiz, originally from Guadalajara, Mexico, moved to Colorado more than 40 years ago. Growing up in Denver, Pedro attended Denver South High School and graduated as one of the top four wrestlers in his weight division in the state. He went on to wrestle for Colorado Northwestern Community College before transferring to Adams State University as a member of the Grizzly Wrestling Team. Upon gr

aduation with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Pedro relocated to the Denver metro area and began his career in sales. In 2002 Pedro moved to Kansas City and became a Real Estate Agent. His career began with Re/Max Best Associates in Overland Park, Kansas where he was named the 2004 Midwest and Dixie Regions’ Re/Max Rookie of the Year. In 2006, Pedro opened his own real estate office, Realty Premier Partners LLC, primarily serving the Spanish-speaking community of the Kansas City metro area. In 2013, Pedro became a Broker Associate with Platinum Realty in Overland Park, Kansas. In 2015, Pedro united with RS Agency and Tax to form RSHomezale and became the managing broker. In addition to his several years of experience and more than 600 sold transactions, Pedro also earned the following real estate designations: Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Workforce Housing Specialist (WHS) from the Kansas City Reginal Association of Realtors, which indicate his level of expertise in the industry. In August 2013, Pedro received his Master of Science in Management (MSM) from Baker University and in 2019 he earned his Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation. In December of 2022, Pedro relocated to Omaha Nebraska to open Lykke Realty where he is currently recruiting new and experience real estate sales agents.
