Can you believe the first quarter of 2026 is already behind us? It honestly feels like we just rang in the new year! 🎉 Time is flying, and things have definitely been moving in my little corner of the real estate world.

The year kicked off with a lake house closing in Springfield, followed by helping first-time home buyers purchase their new home, and then assisting a family relocating back to the area as they settled into the next chapter of life. 🏡

Looking ahead, I have a beautiful new listing coming soon in Elkhorn, plus an affordable mobile home listing still available in Bellevue!

Beyond real estate, the last few months also included our annual March Madness party — always one of my favorite events for catching up, having fun, and enjoying the moment. 🏀 And for the record… I took 2nd place in the office leg wrestling competition, so apparently I have some training to do before I claim that 1st place title next year 💪😄

Now onto Quarter 2 — and I have a feeling it’s going to be even better! ✨
