I want to make it very clear on our dog policy:

If we come to your property to shoot it for a listing, and that dog wants scritches, we are absolutely going to scritch them and tell them they are the best doggo in the whole world.

Since starting CMFW Media, we have scritched more dogs per year. Both of our photographers enjoy giving the scritches and will absolutely take a few minutes to play with your doggo.

Conditions: the good dawg must want to be pet. The pup parents agree the good dawg can be pet. The good dawg must be told they’re a good dawg by everybody.

Sure, the holiday season doesn’t get the same sort of hype as spring... but if your life circumstances are prompting you to sell, have no fear.
There are plenty of benefits to selling now and I’ve got some tips that will help you along the way.

01 — Decorate to SELL
I promise not to be the real estate grinch. If you’re selling your home during the holidays, you can still decorate for the season.
However, keep it minimal. Don’t overcrowd your home or fill your surfaces with clutter… er, decor. You may risk making your home look smaller.
02 — Price to SELL
The best way to set your home up for an advantageous sale is to price it accurately, regardless of the season.
It’s especially important when there are less buyers tuned into their search.
03 — Cheer up your exterior
Ensure that the exterior of your home presents well. Clear leftover fall leaves, clean up your flower beds and even consider fresh mulch. Remove excessive toys, tools or clutter.
