There are things I will simply never do as your Omaha realtor. 🛑

And honestly? I think you deserve to know that upfront.

Real estate has a reputation — and not always a great one. Some agents are focused on the commission, the close, and the next deal. I get it. But that's never been how I want to show up for people.

Because here's the truth: you're not just buying or selling a house. You're making one of the biggest financial decisions of your life. And the person sitting across the table from you should actually care about how it turns out for you — not just whether it closes.

I'll tell you what you need to hear, not what gets me the listing. I'll protect your money like it's my own. I'll still pick up the phone after the keys are handed over.

That's just the standard I hold myself to. Every time.

I hear the same myths every week—
from clients, from DMs, from things people read online that sound smart but don’t always hold up in real life.

Some of them are harmless.
Others? I’ve seen them cost people tens of thousands—or delay their plans by months.

but it’s usually not what they expect.

The things I see catch people off guard in Omaha?

Opening a new credit card.
Buying furniture before closing.
Even a job change—yes, even a good one.

All things that feel harmless in the moment…
but can shift your entire loan without warning.

And on the offer side—
coming in low “just to see what happens” can say more than you think.

None of this is complicated.

Right now in Omaha, I’m seeing serious buyers out looking—
pre-approved, touring on weekends, and ready to make decisions quickly.

A lot of them are trying to get settled before the school year starts,
which means timing matters more than people realize.
