There’s been talk about a “recession” for over a year now. The infrastructure bill passed in 2021 will certainly act as a floor for this long awaited, maybe never, recession that is allegedly coming. The economy is slowing , but still growing. Housing is still short Nationwide. Just my opinion, make your own determination, just don’t let fear be your guide!

This just looks greedy to me. This home has been built, finished, Finito, for several months so one could assume the lumber was paid for. I fear this will all end badly. We'll remember this as the lumber crash of 2023?
