Sometimes all it takes is ONE series to completely bring back your love of reading. 📚✨

For a lot of people, that series is ACOTAR.

Suddenly you’re staying up way too late, thinking about fictional characters like they’re real people, buying the next book before you’ve even finished the current one, and wondering how your TBR got this out of control. 😂

I want to be the person you text years later when you need a contractor, have a random home question, or just don’t know who to call.

And honestly, when a transaction ends, I miss my texting buddies! 🥹😂

A little about the girl behind the houses 👋🏡

I’m Lindsay. Realtor, wife, mom, book lover, and firm believer that buying a house doesn’t have to feel so dang serious all the time.

I work with buyers and sellers throughout the Omaha metro, but I especially love helping first-time buyers and people who are ready to make that next move.

My job is to educate you, answer the questions you’re afraid are “dumb” (they’re not), point out the things you might not notice, and make a really big life decision feel a whole lot less overwhelming.

When I’m not showing houses, you’ll probably find me chasing around my little shadow, wandering an Omaha bookstore, reading during an open house, or convincing myself I definitely have room for more books. 📚😂

Real estate education with a little chaos, a lot of personality, and zero expectation that you already know what you’re doing.

That’s pretty much what you’ll find around here. 🤍

Remember when you all told me to start *Dungeon Crawler Carl*? 📚👀

Well, I’m almost done with book THREE, so I think it’s safe to say you created a monster. 😂

This series is chaotic, hilarious, completely unhinged, and somehow I just keep getting more invested.

Full review coming soon, but spoiler alert: I’m not stopping at three.

The next two book reviews are coming courtesy of my little shadow today 📚🤍

He picked out the graphic novels *Offside* and *Warriors*, and honestly... the kid has taste. 😂

I love that this series has turned into something we can have fun with together, and apparently my TBR is no longer just mine.

Apparently I’m guilty… 😂

Guilty of showing up to inspections because I want to see what you’re seeing.
Guilty of reading every line of the contract.
Guilty of answering the 11pm text.
Guilty of picking up the phone long after closing.
And guilty of probably caring way more than I technically have to. 😂

But honestly, I don’t know how to do this job any other way.

Buying or selling a home is a BIG deal, and when you trust me to help you through it, I take that seriously. I want you to feel like you have someone in your corner from the very first conversation to closing day — and even after.

So yes… I’m probably a little too invested in my clients.

And I’m completely okay with that. 🤍🏡

Books and houses just make sense together. 📚🏡

A cozy reading nook. Built-in bookshelves. A sunny spot by the window. A living room you never want to leave.

We spend so much time talking about bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage, but finding a home is really about finding the place where your life gets to happen.

And personally, I think every good home deserves a really good book waiting inside. 🤍
