People often ask me why I'm so passionate about housing.
The answer is simple.
I've seen firsthand how stable housing changes lives.
I've watched families move from uncertainty to stability.
I've watched parents create opportunities their children never had before.
I've watched people build wealth they never thought possible.
Homeownership doesn't just change a person's financial situation.
It changes the trajectory of a family.
That's why I do what I do.
Not because houses are my passion.
