Sold and Closed! 🙌🏻🎉🍾

Some transactions are straightforward. This wasn't one of them. This property went under contract twice. Both times, it fell apart and each time, we started again. Then came a third and final contract. 🙏🏻

Through it all, there was a full sewer line repair. Landscaping cleanup. Twice. A marketing reset. Move out and re-staging. Inspections and negotiations that tested everyone's patience and emotions running high. Through it all, my sellers were an absolute dream. They trusted the process and my guidance, stayed the course, and despite a bit of a real estate roller coaster ride, closing day went off without a hitch. Congratulations to the most amazing sellers and to the new buyer! Wishing them both the best of times and memories in their new homes!🏡 ❤️

These amazing buyers were a referral from past clients, part of THE best family ever and one I have known and worked with for years! 🥰 We met at a Starbucks to discuss the home buying process and a vision for their perfect family home. That was on April 8th! Fast forward to yesterday..closing day!

The house they decided to call home was the 3rd one they looked at and it was amazing! Perfect for their family! When you know, you know and when it’s meant to be, everything falls into place! 🙌🏻 There were multiple offers on the table, but even so, the buyers were able to secure a whole home inspection, a sewer inspection and seller paid concessions. It’s all about how the offer is written!💥
