The last 48 hours have been nothing short of a blessing to my clients. I haven't had an opportunity to get this listing on social media to say " HEY WORLD. I'M IN NEED OF A NEW FAMILY!" The chaos began literally moments after the home went live on the market. We were not prepared for the magnitude of positive feedback my clients and I received. Last night was a long night as we had to decide between 5 very strong offers on this lovely home. Needless to say, my clients were able to get there home under contract quick, fast, in a hurry and prepare to start their new journey soon! Very appreciative they gave me the opportunity to take on the stress for them.
