Our client Hayley landed two bookings at double her old rate within 24 hours of fixing her pricing, and that was one change. Here are four you can make before Monday:

Step 1: Fix your hero photo and cut the rest. Lead with your single best feature, not your kitchen counter. If your theater and sauna are photo 140 out of 160, nobody is ever finding them.

Step 2: Rewrite your title. "Cozy Getaway Near Downtown" describes half the planet. Say what makes yours different.

Step 3: Delete the "no" buttons. Turn on Instant Book, loosen the cancellation policy, and shorten the minimum stay. Every hoop is a reason to click the next listing.

Step 4: Price for 70% occupancy at a higher rate. Then let the right guests find you.
