✨ Meet Sidney Rokusek! ✨
With nearly eight years of experience in real estate, Sidney is passionate about helping clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence.
How long have you been licensed?
I’ve been licensed in Nebraska since October 2018 and added my Kansas license in 2021.
Why did you decide to become a real estate agent?
I’ve always had an entrepreneurial side, and I loved the idea of a career where I could build something of my own while helping people. Once I got into real estate, I quickly realized there was a real need for strong, full-service representation in our smaller rural communities. That became a huge part of why I moved back home and have continued building my business here.
What is your favorite part about helping a client?
Being able to take something that can feel overwhelming and make it easier for them. Whether it’s helping a first-time buyer understand the process, getting a property sold that someone wasn’t sure they could sell, or helping a family move into their next chapter.
What is your biggest piece of real estate advice?
Don’t wait until you’re ready to buy or sell to reach out to an agent. Some of the best conversations I have with clients happen months or even years before they actually make a move. I’d much rather help someone understand their options early so they can make the best decision when the time comes.
What’s one accomplishment in real estate you’re proud of?
Being named one of the National Association of REALTORS® 30 Under 30 in 2024 is definitely something I’m proud of. Reaching more than 500 closings is pretty special too, especially knowing the majority of those have been right here in the small communities I grew up around. I’m proud that I’ve been able to build the career I have while staying rooted in rural Nebraska and serving communities on both sides of the Nebraska-Kansas state line.
