After graduating from Ralston High School, then studying Business Administration with a Real Estate emphasis at the University of Nebraska at Kearney, I felt it was time to put my skills to work. 2000-2003 were exciting years with CBSHome. I learned a lot about the business and sold quite a few houses along the way. However, in 2004, I wanted to expand my knowledge about real estate and explore
the financial side of things. I spent 1+ year with a leading mortgage company in Omaha where I was ranked #2 out of 18 loan officers. This time allowed me to learn in detail about both sides of the Real Estate transaction, the buying/selling side, as well as the lending side. Unfortunately, that company shut its doors in 2006, but my thirst for knowledge about the real estate industry as a whole continued. I entered the property mangement field in 2008 with the leading residential property management company in Omaha. During my time with this company, I've been responsible for over $5 million in leases and have earned 'agent of the year' honors 3 years in a row. I plan to have continued success as a realtor.
