HOORAY, it's officially Summer!

👙We are so excited to have our pool open this year, check it out and cool off in one of our new in-pool loungers!

☀️Keep that electric bill down by closing shades, leaving bedroom doors open to increase airflow and keep in mind most systems are deigned to keep your apartment 20 degrees below the outside temp!

❄️Make sure not to turn your AC completely off during the day as getting back down to temperature can take a while and stresses your AC, causing your unit to overwork and freeze coils which is not fun on those super hot days.

⛈️With great temperatures come great storms. While we LOVE watching storms roll in, if the Summer weather ever gets too severe reminder that the underground parking garage doubles as a storm shelter!
