22 Floors Up, and We're Just Getting Started!

Construction at The Henry development in Atlanta continues to progress as Tower I reaches full height and work begins on Tower II.

At more than 1 million square feet and 266 feet tall, Tower I will deliver residences, extensive amenities, retail experiences, and new pedestrian connections that strengthen how people move throughout the district.

A New Vision for Life on Campus.

Founded in 1882 with just 44 students, Hastings College has grown into a vibrant 120-acre campus in the heart of Nebraska.

Today, The 1882 joins campus as the first new student housing project in 30 years. The new residence hall celebrates history with a modern approach, creating spaces designed for connection, community, and well-being.

A beautiful new chapter for Hastings College impacting generations of students to come.

Transforming space to support healing.

Our team worked with Memorial Community Hospital & Health System Blair, NE to turn underutilized hospital space into a centralized rehabilitation destination.

The new department includes a therapy gym, four exam rooms, an Activities of Daily Living (ADL) kitchen, aquatic therapy pool, staff workroom, patient reception and waiting areas, and specialized rehabilitation spaces. A walking track serves as the focal point of the department, incorporating multiple surface types including turf, rubberized flooring, and cobblestone textures to simulate real-world walking conditions and support diverse therapeutic goals.

The addition of aquatic therapy significantly expanded services available to the local community, allowing patients to receive specialized rehabilitation treatments closer to home.

With improved patient flow, staff visibility, and service capacity, the project creates an engaging, healing environment that supports recovery, independence, and wellness.

Construction is progressing at The Henry in Atlanta with demolition making way for Tower 2! As Tower I nears full height, the next phase is already underway.

If you look closely at the bottom of the photo, you'll spot equipment carefully cutting away a portion of the existing parking garage to make room for Tower 2. It's always exciting to see another phase of a project begin to take shape.

We can't wait to watch this one continue to rise!

The first-year housing experience for students sets the bar for the rest of their time on campus. Postive student outcomes start with engaged communities. At Creighton University, Graves Hall is designed to help shape social networks, encourage interaction and make students feel included.

Multifunctional living-learning spaces offer opportunites to gather outside of the classroom. With a dedicated amenity-rich courtyard complete with fire pits, convertable green space, and ample seating, students can stay connected outdoors. Activated both day and night, the residence hall and creates a greater connection to campus.

Today we celebrated the ribbon cutting of UNMC's first on-campus residence hall for graduate medical students. Designed with spaces to connect, recharge, and feel at home, this project is all about supporting the next generation of health professionals both inside and outside the classroom.
