We say “teamwork makes the dream work” at REMAX Results ALL the time - and this was one of those beautiful moments! These clients were referred to me by their uncle who is a REALTOR in another market and wanted to make sure they were walked through the process as first-time buyers. We looked at several places that were ok, but not quite right. I had a vacation booked and told them, “you’re probably gonna find THE ONE while I’m gone, and Brooke Ayoub is going to be your amazing guide to get it for you”. And she did! She helped them craft an offer that beat out another while still getting the protection of inspections. I got back in town in time to attend inspections and negotiate repairs and facilitate a smooth closing for the nicest couple! Brooke and I were so happy to be a part of their journey!

This journey started in December 2025! This family was referred to me by a past client to help them find their first home. The criteria was niche and there seemed to be a LOT of other people looking for the SAME thing. Not gonna lie, they had started to give up hope and were considering settling for something outside their original parameters. But then, this popped up. It had been sitting, and there were several things that were turning off the buyers who wanted something move in ready and no projects. I knew we’d be able to negotiate price and repairs due to some (obvious to me) factors. And we did! Closed just in time for their sweet daughter to start kindergarten in the school district they wanted! Also, she’s my new tiny best friend - and I’m so glad these clients have turned forever friends! ❤️

The Omaha housing market remained resilient in July, with home values continuing to move in a positive direction. Compared to July 2025, the median closed price increased 4.2% and the average closed price rose 4.1%, while sellers received an impressive 99.2% of their asking price. Appropriately priced homes in good condition continued to move quickly, averaging just 21 days on the market.

While new listings, pending sales and closed sales were down from last July, inventory also decreased 8.4%, keeping the market competitive with just 2.4 months of supply. Affordability dipped 3.7%, but steady price appreciation and limited inventory continue to create opportunities for both buyers and sellers. If you’re thinking about making a move, having the right strategy and understanding your local market can make all the difference.

This family was referred to me by another agent in Colorado - they were stationed out of state and needed to sell their Papillion home. While we had some unanticipated surprises, nothing we couldn’t figure out together. Special bonus: the buyer’s agent was top notch to work with!
My client had the kindest words he shared on Google - he said “How many ways are there to say “the best”? She quoted a higher estimated sales price than other agents, and then she delivered. She’s not just moving properties, she’s looking out for the client above all. And when you hit a snag, she is there to resolve. No better agent!”
