Buying or selling a home can be complex or easy and more than likely a deeply personal endeavor. The client deserves the full service and attention that only a team of experts can consistently provide. At Realty One Group Sterling, we deliver top results and an enjoyable experience every time! My success as a Realtor® comes from my outside-the-box thinking, burning passion for my profession, and u

nderstanding of the emotional and psychological perspective of buying and selling. My clientele is as diverse as our city, from doctors and lawyers to tattoo artists and baristas. Over 90% of my business is referral-based or repeat business from happy clients or their introductions to friends, family, and neighbors. This track record is only possible because I deliver both results and an enjoyable experience. I'm an Arizona girl living in Nebraska! My first profession was trading stock. I did that for 13 years from Phoenix to San Francisco, New York, to Boca Raton, Florida. Then, one day, I stopped, completed my Bachelor's Degree at Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida, and started two nationally recognized event planning companies with locations in Richmond, Virginia, Boca Raton, Florida, and Omaha, Nebraska. Both organizations had weddings on the television show Get Married. My astrological sign is Aries, and as an aspiring flâneur, I am an excellent person to ask for food, wine shopping, and the unusual!

What the Hell..Not All Omaha is the Same Omaha. Let's Talk About That.

This market is not one market. It is a collection of very distinct neighborhoods, suburbs, and communities that happen to share a zip code region and a collective obsession with Runza. Douglas County and Sarpy County do not behave the same way. Elkhorn does not behave like Ralston. Bellevue does not behave like Gretna. And none of them behave like Council Bluffs, which by the way I am also licensed in because Iowa deserves representation too and I am nothing if not thorough.

The Home Girl covers both sides of the river. You are welcome, Iowa.

From The Quirky Place to their forever place.

These damn awesome people came into my world as guests at my Airbnb, The Quirky Place. Somewhere between settling in, getting to know the area, and figuring out what “home” was going to look like here, they trusted me to help them find the real thing.

And today? They are officially home schweet home!

Thank you, DR M & Crew, for choosing me first as your host and then trusting me as your REALTOR®. That means more than you know. Relocation is a big leap, and I am so grateful I got to be part of the bridge between where you were and where you are now.

Welcome to Nebraska. Welcome to your new chapter. And welcome home.

Welcome to Nebraska, you former Coloradans...Could be a made up word!

Nothing makes a new house feel like home quite like a big a*z Nebraska sign in the yard— even if we are welcoming a KU Jayhawks alumni!

It is World Bicycle Day, so here is your weird little history lesson.

There was a time when women riding bicycles was considered improper, dangerous, and morally questionable. Yes. A bicycle. Doctors warned about “bicycle face,”.....

“Let me tell you what I think of bicycling,” Susan B. Anthony told New York World reporter Nellie Bly in 1896. “I think it has done more to emancipate women than anything else in the world. It gives women a feeling of freedom and self-reliance. I stand and rejoice every time I see a woman ride by on a wheel…the picture of free, untrammeled womanhood.”

Female liberation came thanks to introduction of the “safety bicycle” in the early 1890s. Its predecessor, the high-wheel, had been strictly a masculine pursuit. With its enormous front wheel and small back wheel, both made of rubber-lined wood, the bike was nicknamed the “boneshaker” for its jarring and often dangerous ride.

The only character trait they believed a woman revealed on a bike was a proclivity for sin and fast living. A woman out cycling without male supervision was not only placing herself in danger, she was exposing herself to the temptations of sexual stimulation, caused according to medical professionals by the protruding pommel of bicycle saddles.

New Hampshire friends — this ranch has “smart move” written all over it.

📍 46 Water Street, Boscawen, NH 03303

This is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath ranch on nearly 3 private acres, and let me tell you — single-level living, privacy, a big backyard, and room to actually breathe is not something buyers are finding on every corner.

You get the practical stuff people actually want:

Single-level living
Spacious bedrooms
Mudroom for real New England weather
Private deck overlooking the backyard
Nearly 3 acres of land
Attached 1-car garage underneath
Lower level with direct backyard access
Storage, workshop, hobby, or future finished-space potential

This is not some tiny box pretending to be charming. This is a solid home with space, function, privacy, and the chance to make it your own without feeling like your neighbors are close enough to hear you sneeze.

If you have been looking for a home with land, privacy, and potential, this one deserves your attention.

Do military families really need a REALTOR® who understands PCS moves, VA loans, tight timelines, and the absolute circus that can come with relocating?

Yes. Yes, they do.

I am proud to share that I completed my Military Relocation Professional certification through the National Association of REALTORS®.

Military families are not just “moving.” They are managing orders, deadlines, family logistics, financing rules, emotions, and a whole lot of moving parts.

Orders received: communicate clearly, protect the process, and watch their six from contract to closing.

To our service members, veterans, spouses, and military families: respect earned, sacrifice recognized, service honored.

I am trained, ready, and proud to help you come home.
