The extra space is nice, but is it better than the cul-de-sac with kids running between yards? Is it better than being close enough for lunch at home? Is it better than your favorite grocery store, restaurant, and trail within a 10 minute radius? Is it better than the neighborhood with a sense of community?

Sometimes we have to rethink our priorities halfway through our search for home. Buying a home is a decision better overthought than on whim!

That's a wrap on the Nebraska REALTORS Association's fall 2026 meetings!

Billy and I spent the past few days immersed in the industry at nGage. Learning, listening, and conversing with so many real estate leaders from across the state is always so special.

This year I had the opportunity to help with the induction of our newest board president, Bill Swanson! As the 2026 Immediate Past President, I've been honored to be a part of this leadership team for the past few years. A special congratulations to Bill, and the entire 2027 board!

October is breast cancer awareness month, and every year at PJ Morgan we go pink.

Not because it's a trend, not because everyone else does it, but because it truly matters and breast cancer affects so many in our community, our families, and our circles.

This year our breast cancer awareness merch had a little extra meaning behind it. Our amazing graphic designer, Michelle, created the most meaningful and touching designs- a handwritten note of encouragement, and a flower bouquet made up of flowers that represent strength and resilience.

We go pink because it matters. As we continue our tradition of supporting those who need it, I encourage you to take the time to check in on your loved ones and show everyone around just a little extra kindness and love- you never know what someone's going through.
