Our team enjoyed the Spring weather on a walking tour of Little Bohemia yesterday 🌳🏡📍

Little Bohemia holds a special place in our hearts at PJ Morgan Real Estate, as we've been involved in the development of the area for over ten years. We learned about the neighborhood's ties with the Czech community, the murals lining the streets, and the strong entrepreneurial spirit that embodies this tight-knit community.

Special thanks to Jeff Pappas of Bohemian Gardens, who shared the history of the neighborhood and treated us to a sneak peek into some new developments in the area.

And of course, we ended the day with a visit to some of our Property Management clients, Tiny House and Platypus!

Some of our agents had the opportunity to tour Millwork Commons! We visited spaces around the Ashton Building, the Mastercraft Building, the Dizzy Mule, and finally stopped in Kros Strain for a happy hour. Big thanks to Millwork Commons for letting us visit, as well as to our very own Ryan Ellis, Real Estate Agent and Derick Lewin, Realtor for leading the tour!

Our agents loved getting to learn more about the development of this neighborhood, located in downtown Omaha. Featuring a skate park, some of Omaha's best local businesses, and space ready for lease, we've been working on Millwork since 2008 and are so proud of its progress so far! We're excited to see how this special part of the city continues to develop.
