We are "Officially" In fall, and if you have noticed, there has been a shift in the market. If you've been watching from the sidelines, here's what you should know.

Homes in the Omaha area are closing at a median of $306,750, up 5% from this time last year. In Elkhorn specifically, that number climbs to $565,062, a reflection of just how desirable this area has become. Inventory remains low, and homes are going under contract in as little as 8 days.

What that means for you: if you're thinking about buying, waiting isn't working in your favor. If you're thinking about selling, conditions are still very much in your corner.
