There are benefits to renting especially if your plan is to move in the near future. Many are nervous to buy. Historically houses only increase in value and often the mortgage is cheaper then rent. One of my favorite parts of real estate is spending enough time with my clients to get to know them and a sense for what they love!

This is why closing gifts are something I enjoy... its their 1st house warming gift and hopefully, its something they would have bought for themselves!

For the last couple that closed, I went with a LETTER BOARD! This wasn't the final layout but the saying remained and their closing date never got pushed back, thank goodness!

Monumental moments include buying your first home. What a privilege it was to search high and low for a steal with these clients !

Beautiful area, prime location, large lot, and an amazing price! It had multiple offers and a cash offer that came in after ours was excepted but this beautiful couple got the house !

Do I dare ask "who likes moving?" The idea of a new house sounds amazing until you're 5 hrs into packing JUST the kitchen. Ha! I ran across this well-written article about what to move and what NOT to move to your next home! Some of the info was even new to me!
