You’ll be responsible for creating an exceptional living experience for our residents by providing outstanding customer service and maintaining the overall care and upkeep of the property.

Have no maintenance experience but the ability to learn quickly? Not a problem! We’d love to train an entry-level technician with great customer service skills and the ability and passion to learn general plumbing and electrical, appliance repair, and preventative maintenance.

About the Position:

Elevate is seeking a hardworking full-time hourly Maintenance Technician who can grow with us as our professional apartment management company continues to expand. This position is full-time, therefore eligible for our outstanding benefits package, competitive wages, and excellent growth opportunity. • Complete work orders and make

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. required and

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Trim shrubs and bushes as needed to ensure a professional appearance of property
• Maintain plant beds by removing weeds and planting as needed
• Keeping all public spaces free and clear
of litter, debris and pet waste

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate verbally in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. required and other physical requirements
• Valid Driver's License required and reliable transportation
• At least 17 years old

Job Type: Part-Time & Full-Time Seasonal, weekly morning shifts available for Part-Time.
