More sketch fun. How would you like your house to be 20% smaller than what you thought it was? I understand the Assessor maybe putting the wrong sketch with a property--they deal with thousands of records after all--but you would hope your agent didn't blindly trust the Assessor's measurements...

It's not always this clear from the MLS data, but I think this neighborhood might be increasing in values over the last couple years. What do you think? 10 sales in the last 90 days and 7 pending, with 1 active listing. I think we have a supply problem, which is good for values, but not good if you need to buy a home!
