Application & Fees:
$60 - per applicant (each person must complete a separate application)
$150 – background/credit check. Once your application is approved, you will be automatically charged this fee from the same card you paid your application fee with. If you are denied you will not be charged,
$14 – Insurance Liability fee that cover tenant damages
$15 – community fee (covers the washer and dryers and hallway lights)
Tenant Pays all utilities: MUD (gas only) OPPD (electric) Third party billing for: Trash, Water, Sewer, Pest Control.

Rental Requirements:
Income must be at least 3 times the rent – before taxes
No prior evictions
No outstanding balances with utility companies

Security Deposit:
Ranges from $500 to first month’s rent
Based on credit, a co-signer may be required (there are programs that can assist with this)
